A core responsibility of the OSC is to monitor SAFAITS' financial health. This includes overseeing how funds are allocated and ensuring that all financial decisions made by the ExCo are transparent and responsible. The OSC’s financial oversight ensures that the society remains financially sustainable and that its operations benefit all members.
